Six out of seven engineers
don't make our bench

A CV is marketing. A portfolio is a pitch. Our vetting protocol verifies the claims made by elite freelancers. True evidence, without the keywords, hype or unverified claims.

The 75/100
benchmark

We take vetting seriously. We believe in:

75/100

Evidence over claims

We score only what can be backed up. Skills and experience without project context, outcome or delivery proof do not exist for us.

Competencies over titles

A contractor from an unknown company who can explain what they owned, what they decided, and what it delivered trumps a "Senior Engineer" from a famous firm who can only describe tasks done.

Impact over pedigree

Prestigious employers look nice on CVs, but measurable business outcomes: cost savings, latency reductions, processing time improvement or revenue influences, are what we score.

One hundred points
over four dimensions

Every candidate is scored against our proprietary scoring protocol:

01

Technical acumen

Core stack depth, cloud and systems architecture, modern specialisation. Assessed per discipline, against the current state of the field.

02

Impact and execution

Quantified business outcomes, production rigor, recency of relevant work.

03

Consulting aptitude

Problem ownership, stakeholder level, communication. Did they build to spec, or define the solution?

04

Professional growth

Trajectory, leadership, scope over time.

How we
approach a CV

We don't give the benefit of the doubt when a CV leaves a question open. We ask specific questions about specific projects to the candidate, and only then is the score final. Scores move on evidence provided, never on confidence projected.
