Your shortlist arrives within 72 hours.
Two or three blind CVs from our vetted bench, every one already scored 75/100 or higher against our protocol. The 72 hours runs on matching, not vetting: the vetting was done before you asked. And if the bench does not hold the right match, we say so within the same 72 hours and propose targeted sourcing. Sourced candidates pass the same vetting before they ever reach you.

Interview and select.
We set up video meetings with your preferred candidates. You meet the finalists, you choose.

We handle the rest.
Contracting through our Dutch B.V., IP assignment, added screening where your environment requires it, and the cross-border structure: one contract, one monthly invoice. Your specialist begins remotely, inside your environment.
NDA on request
If your brief involves sensitive detail, we offer a preliminary NDA before anything is shared. Not required to receive a shortlist.
