Amir identifies the gap. A strategic project manager who has led high-stakes transformations for the Dutch Government and Aon, Amir spent his career delivering IT change at the highest levels.
But his insight came from his heritage. Deeply connected to the Bosnian diaspora, he saw a flaw in the global market: elite technical architects were being ignored simply because of their location. He founded Mahala to correct this inefficiency. connecting the hard-to-find talent with the "hard-to-solve" problems of global enterprise.
