What You'll Work On

• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems
• Build production-ready RAG architectures and agentic AI workflows
• Design computer vision and NLP pipelines for real-world applications
• Implement MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker)
• Collaborate on AI strategy with product and engineering leadership

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with production deployments
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, transformers, and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure ML)
• Proven track record at leading tech companies or AI-first startups
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (Python, API design, containerization)
• Excellent English communication and remote collaboration skills
• Located in emerging tech hubs (Balkans, North Africa, or similar)
