What You'll Work On

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Data Science with production ML experience
- Expertise in Python, R, and statistical modeling frameworks
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar
- Track record at Fortune 500 companies or innovative tech firms
- Strong communication skills—you explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English with proven remote collaboration experience
- Based in emerging tech hubs (Balkans, North Africa, or similar regions)
